Psycho-educational evaluation assesses learning including attention, focus, memory, reading, writing, spelling, math, thinking and reasoning skills, listening memory, problem solving skills, inferential thinking ability, and how a person learns best.  The testing provides information about strengths and areas in need of reinforcement.  If appropriate, a diagnosis is made based on the testing documentation such as learning disabilities, ADHD, dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, Asperger's, autism, etc.  There are many specific recommendations for home and school included in the final typed report, which will be provided about a week to ten days after the evaluation.

The testing is done in my home office in Bedford, Texas.  The test results are reviewed with adult clients or with parents the same day.  The entie process for testing and same day review of results takes4-5 hours.
